Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control

The last week at QLI was full of so many emotions. Sadness that we were leaving such a great place. Gratefulness for our experience and new relationships. Joy for the opportunity to go home and navigate our next season. Stressful, adjusting to the new transitions. But I think truly felt the peace of Jesus throughout this whole process. This transition, though on paper is probably the one that requires the most “work”. God has provided a holy sense of peace and provision. I will never run out of praise for QLI and their staff. The culture there is legit out of this world. I truly believe it is a place where the Kingdom is here on Earth as it is in Heaven. The fruits of the spirit are so evident through the love and atmosphere there. It was a hard goodbye, but we all know it is a see you later. They have already made plans to come out and see Dhon for his birthday party. Reunion bout to hit different.

Our second to last day at QLI we were able to celebrate Dhon’s discharge with some home made eggrolls and chair massages. It was an honor giving back to the staff, it was a very core memory type of day. So much love.

At the time of writing this we have been home for less than 24 hours. Dhon and the fam are adjusting well but plan to take these next week or so to Sabbath and truly rest as God intended. It has been a lot of hard work for Dhon and the family the past 16 ish months. This means the June newsletter will be a little later as we take time to adjust.

Thank you everyone for your constant prayers and support. Without God intervening on behalf of your prayers we would not be where we are at today. Love ya!
